1. About Us

2. Account & Registration
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that give false information or misuse the website.
3. Products & Pricing
- We try to show colours and images accurately, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings and photography.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice.
- We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly. You will be informed and refunded if you have paid.
4. Orders & Payment
- An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us.
- We support Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment (UPI / Card).
- For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or are repeatedly refused at delivery.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery is made to the address you provide, so please make sure it is correct and complete.
- Estimated delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors outside our control.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
6. Returns & Replacements
- Return or replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery from the Orders page of your account.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags and packaging.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Some products may be marked as non-returnable on their product page.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is shipped from your account or by contacting us. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
8. Privacy & Data Use
We collect your name, email, phone number, addresses and order details only to create your account, process and deliver orders, and send order-related emails. We do not sell your personal data. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no online system is completely secure. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website, scrape data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logo, images, text and design, belongs to AAKIFAH and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AAKIFAH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, or for delays caused by events beyond our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
